Kelsey Hinshaw, Administrator
Kelsey Hinshaw, LNHA joined the Loch Haven Administrative Team in 2012. . She is originally from Shelbyville, Missouri. After graduating from North Shelby High School, she attended Northwest Missouri State University on a varsity softball scholarship. She graduated from the University of Missouri (Columbia), with a Bachelors of Science in Health Science in December 2011. She received her Nursing Home Administrators license in 2014.
Nita Coale RN, BSN, Director of Nursing
Nita Coale became the DON for Loch Haven in May of 2016. Nita received her LPN degree at the Kirksville Area Technical Center, her Associate Degree in nursing at Moberly Area Community College, and her Bachelors in Nursing at the Sinclair School of Nursing at the University of Missouri Columbia. She has over 30 plus years of experience in various areas of nursing. Nita lives in Leonard, Missouri with her husband Mike. They have three children. In her free time Nita enjoys trail riding with her girls and boating. She is the daughter of the late George and Mary Joan Keith of Leonard.

The staff of Loch Haven Senior Living Community not only brings their expertise and skills with them to work each day, but they bring their compassion for caring for our senior residents and neighbors. Person centered care is at the heart of what we do at Loch Haven. Our administrative staff, our highly trained medical staff and our support staff work as a team throughout our entire campus 24 hours per day. Our staff members strive to stay up to date on new technology and training so that our residents receive the best care possible.
Our Cottages, Oak View and Cedar View, are attended 24 hours a day by a team of universal workers called P.A.L.s and licensed nurses who develop strong bonds with both residents and their families. These workers have attended extensive training to become a self-managed work team. They are aided by a clinical support team including social workers, therapists, physicians, activity and dietary professionals and pharmacists.
Visitor after visitor often express that when they come to Loch Haven there is something different, something special about our community. They often say that they see happiness! They are right. Our passion is the care of our residents, and we’re excited to see and care for them each and every day.
