Taking care of our residents/neighbors is the reason we are here! We want to make sure each and every resident is given the best care possible. A care plan to meet the specific and unique needs of each person is designed as soon as a person moves into their neighborhood. Everyone is involved in this plan; the resident, their family and physician, their Neighborhood Coordinator, Dining Service, Activities, Therapy, and Social Service personnel.
At Loch Haven, the needs of the resident are taken care of right here. We are a small, friendly community with everything a person could need. Here are just a few of the services that we offer:
Sometimes, after hospitalization, a short stay for therapy in a skilled nursing community is the answer. Loch Haven provides physical, occupational, and speech therapies to our residents throughout our entire campus. RehabCare is our provider for therapy services.. Pat Stull, RN, Loch Haven's Director of Medicare and Therapy Services, coordinates therapy for our residents.. For those who make Loch Haven their home, our restorative therapy services are designed to maintain the highest level of independence possible for each individual. Whether the goal is to return home or to achieve a level of self-care that a resident is happy with, our team of rehabilitation experts will work to make sure the goal is met. Part A short-term stays are welcome in our Legacy Neighborhoods and in Oak View and Cedar View Cottages. Loch Haven provides the perfect setting for a person on the road to recovery.
